30 Day Guarantee:
Got something damaged, defective, or just plain wrong? Full refund or free replacement, no questions asked. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@waggingtrail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out fast.

Eligible for a full refund:

• Damaged or defective item received
• Wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design received
• Order lost in transit

Not eligible:

• Wrong size ordered by customer (every product page has a size chart, give it a sniff before ordering)
• Change of mind after your order has gone to print
• Items worn, washed, or chewed by your dog after delivery

How refunds work:
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
